When it comes to warranty services, it is crucial to provide details for immediate rectification: model number, serial number, and issues. These codes can be found inside units. There is a blue or white sticker contains the codes. Please describe any issue in details (e.g., a chiller is not cold – the setting temperature 2’C, but the current temperature is 15’C).
